Our Long Island Window Treatments shop-at-home program offers you the benefit of staying home to upgrade your window treatments. Email us to schedule a virtual appointment!
On our virtual call, we will also:

• Talk through installation options.
• Provide a free quote.
• Answer any questions you may have.

Impeccable customer service is our standard. In keeping with that high standard, Long Island Window Treatments will be enacting the following health-related policies when the governor’s restrictions are lifted.
1. Our store, has instituted enhanced cleaning and sanitizing efforts, including regularly disinfecting countertops, door handles, desks, computers, phones, packages and boxes, and products with alcohol-based wipes.
2. When we do re-open, employees, including sales reps and installers, will maintain good hygiene practices generally (as outlined by the CDC) and keep a safe ‘social distance’ from others.
3. All employees will wash hands and use hand sanitizer regularly immediately before and after entering a customer’s home. Employees will also sanitize product packages, products, and equipment.
4. All employees will avoid shaking hands when greeting customers and co-workers.
5. Sales reps and installers will not touch surfaces in your home beyond the windows and window trim.
6. All Long Island Window Treatments personnel will be wearing N95 surgical masks, booties, and gloves when entering your home.
7. All showroom appointments will be one-on-one.
8. The showroom will not be open to the public when the customer arrives.
9. Gloves and hand sanitizer will be offered to each and every customer.
